We pride ourselves on providing a commercial and unusually practical approach and, where necessary, focus on project managing the advisory element of clients’ affairs.​ We undertake most areas of international and domestic tax and legal advice, with core skills surrounding the ability to provide advice on structuring, tax efficiency, merger & acquisition issues, asset protection.​

The role will include learning to give tax advice on restructuring and demergers, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, funding transactions, outsourcing and private equity/​fund investments, both NL and cross border.​ The role may be client facing so communication skills are key.​
